We were delighted to launch our new and improved website on Tuesday 30th April 2013! We hope you will enjoy exploring the new site but please bear with us while we get all the information loaded up. The news events calendar will be fully operational and ready to use by June 2013.

BDCA is a dynamic community-led organisation that has been serving the residents of East Ham for the last fourteen years. We strive to make a real and lasting difference to the quality of life of local people, helping our community to CONNECT, be more ACTIVE, take time to REFLECT, keep on LEARNING, GIVE and CELEBRATE more often. Over time, BDCA has extended its remit to become a multi-purpose organisation delivering high quality but affordable events, activities and services through the 3 local venues that we manage: The Well Community Centre, Flanders Playing Field and Bobby Moore Sports Pavilion. Our targeted projects promote community cohesion and increase the health and well-being of local people by focussing on: Sports; Youth; Children & Families; Food & nutrition; and Elders & their Carers. BDCA provided activities and facilities for over 14,500 people throughout 2012.
