BDCA manages a number of rooms on behalf of local landlords

Our aim is to provide good quality housing for:

Single people over 18 years in employment or training/education. Especially:

Key workers – those working in professions and essential services.
Low income earners.
Individuals in full time education or training

The rent is somewhat below a full commercially advertised level. The expectation is that people joining the house take advantage of this by saving something of their income towards their future.
