Fit and Healthy Elders (over 55s…ish)
Adding years to life, adding life to years….
We want to help people over 55 lead longer, fuller, healthier and happier lives.
Our weekly activities now include crafts, board games, walking groups, swimming groups, regular social trips, exercise classes, darts, bowls, pensions advice and counseling services, health promotion sessions, regular medication reviews, lunches and a healthy fresh fruit and veg delivery service. New groups start all the time. We currently have over 200 elders joining in with the various activities and services from 3 community venues.
