To encourage healthy mind, body and spirit the association runs a sports and fitness programme in conjunction with our partners.

Our regular activities include:

Young people ’ s football
Elders ’ fitness classes
Body & Soul workout sessions
Street beat – rap for teenagers
Children ’ s Dance school
