Looking for a home for your sports club or planning to host a one off sporting event? BDCA can help! Our facilities already host over 20 local football teams, 6 cricket teams and a wide range of group exercise classes too. We have outdoor pitches, all weather multi-use games area, cricket nets, changing rooms and indoor halls that are ideal spaces for sports providers.

We offer competitive rates and any income that we generate through facility hire is reinvested back into our charity so by choosing our venue you will be helping to keep our community support projects open. Our Football pitch facilities hire price list:
Please note that: All season long hires include the use of the Bobby Moore Sports Pavilion and provision of goals and nets. Charges for a seasons usage are based on games over a 32 week period (excluding Christmas and New Year weekend) from September through to April.
Cricket pitch facilities:
Please note that: We offer a 15% discount for 6 or more cricket matches or nets booked by the same club/group. Cricket match hires include use of the changing facilities. Nets hire includes use of stumps. Full day cricket hires include one hour of clubroom for tea. Refreshments can be provided by prior arrangement. If there is a cancellation for a grass wicket due to bad weather, hirers will be required to pay 50% of the hire fee. Decisions regarding cancellation of matches will be made by BDCA’s grounds staff.
Flanders Playing Field hire rates
Please note that: Unless booking the whole site, other groups may be using other areas. Any whole site bookings that involve sports matches must be discussed and agreed at the time of booking and may incur extra charges. Specific markings/ equipment requests will also incur additional charges. All community-based lettings are on the basis that litter is cleared from the Playing Field site and the Pavilion is also cleared of any rubbish. A damage deposit will be required for all events. Refreshments can be also be arranged by calling 0208 586 7070 (by prior arrangement only).
