Go Wild summer playschemes
BDCA have been running high quality, affordable summer play schemes for 8-14 year olds every year since 2003. Each year, our experienced Project Coordinators recruit a team of local young people to help us plan and deliver the fun-packed 3 week programme of sports tournaments, games, outdoor play, crafts, creative workshops and trips. We only charge a minimal fee of £5 per child per day (equivalent to £1 per hour) to help cover our running costs. Last year's play scheme attracted 226 children and provided work experience for 43 local young people.
About Go Wild 2020
Pending funding, BDCA run our annual play scheme from 10am - 3pm every weekday for the first three weeks of the summer holiday. Exact dates will be published in Spring 2020.
